Clint Vince

Clint is a board member of the NREL Foundation and Chair of Dentons’ US Energy Practice, where he leads complex energy transactions, major project developments, and regulatory advocacy for public and private clients. With over 600 regulatory and litigation proceedings to his name, Clint has appeared before numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His legal acumen is matched by his commitment to advancing sustainable energy policy through collaboration with leading think tanks and coalitions. Clint has served on the Executive Committee of the World Resources Institute, as general counsel to the Alliance to Save Energy, and as an advisor to the Women’s Council on Energy and the Environment. He is a former Co-chair of both the Keystone Policy Center and the Aspen Institute World Energy Forum, and past editor-in-chief of the Energy Law Journal. Clint’s work reflects a lifelong dedication to energy innovation and environmental stewardship.
