Jeff is a board member of the NREL Foundation and a visionary entrepreneur in clean energy and digital innovation. He co-founded Distributed Sun, a large-scale solar developer, and truCurrent, a mobility and microgrid firm advancing energy resilience and virtual power plants. Jeff’s career spans leadership in media licensing, cybersecurity, renewable energy, and strategic intelligence. He has founded and led numerous ventures, including Picture Network International, CDx, Vista, TSG, and Advanced Interactive Systems. His expertise lies in guiding enterprises through strategic transformation, with a focus on ESG impact, renewable energy adoption, and integrated security. Jeff holds degrees from Cornell University and the Wharton School, and serves on the Trustee Council of Cornell. He is President of Washington Hebrew Congregation and serves on multiple boards, including ACORE, the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy, and the NREL Foundation.
