Wendolyn serves as Chair and President of the NREL Foundation, where her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to sustainability and innovation. As Managing Director of Holland Consulting, LLC, she advises clients at the intersection of finance, technology, and policy, with a focus on early-stage energy innovation, the nuclear fuel cycle, and Native American communities. Wendolyn’s expertise in tax strategy and policy supports both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including the Wilma Mankiller Foundation. Her federal service includes roles as Senior Advisor for Commercialization at the U.S. Department of Energy and Director for Strategic Development at Savannah River National Laboratory. Prior to government service, she worked with clean energy and water startups and responded to the 9/11 attacks by joining GlobalOptions, later serving as Vice President. Wendolyn’s career reflects a lifelong dedication to advancing sustainable technologies and empowering underserved communities through strategic partnerships and policy innovation.
